By posting wind reports, forecasts, comments, or any other content on the Service, you:

  • Grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content on the platform
  • Represent that you have the right to post the content and that it does not violate any third-party rights
  • Accept that your content may be seen by other users of the Service
  • Understand that we may remove content that violates these Terms

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

IMPORTANT: Wind conditions and forecasts on this platform are provided by community members and should not be relied upon as the sole source of information for safety decisions.

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any reports or forecasts
  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from use of the Service
  • Always consult official weather sources and use your own judgment before engaging in wind sports

7. Safety Warning

Paragliding, kitesurfing, windsurfing, and other wind sports are inherently dangerous activities.

You are solely responsible for your own safety and the safety of others. This platform is for information sharing only and does not constitute professional meteorological advice, flight instruction, or safety guidance. You should:

  • Have proper training and certification for your chosen activity
  • Check multiple weather sources before flying or water sports
  • Be aware of local regulations and flying/surfing zones
  • Never fly or engage in water sports beyond your skill level
  • Use appropriate safety equipment at all times

8. Privacy and Data Collection

We collect minimal personal information necessary to operate the Service:

  • Name, email address, and profile picture from Google OAuth
  • Wind reports, forecasts, and other content you post
  • Activity data such as votes, comments, and reputation scores
